三 | 因为我觉得值得。”来自青海的藏族运动员扎西杨本在当天的比赛中获得第15名。他2013年起从事竞走项目专业训练，多次获得男子50公里全国冠军，在去年的陕西全运会上，他获得这个项目的铜牌，突破了青海男子竞走全运会无奖牌的历史。

四 | 说起长距离竞走的乐趣，扎西杨本沉思片刻，说出了自己的感受。“我比较喜欢长距离，我比较享受那种长距离慢走的训练，不喜欢快速走的训练。”扎西杨本说，比赛中还有很多其他事情让自己快乐，譬如听到现场中国观众不断喊着“扎西”为自己加油，这都是竞走的乐趣。本届世锦赛，是以前专项是20公里竞走的许皓第二次参加35公里比赛，他最后获得第17名，对于长距离竞走的乐趣，他与贺相红有着相同的感受。“快乐就是坚持吧。
